During Dwika’s internship at Octopus Indonesia, he showcased remarkable accomplishments, particularly


in his ability to identify and resolve critical issues faced by partners and app users. His profound
understanding of stakeholder challenges, coupled with hias effective communication skills, enabled him to
articulate these concerns to our system analysts. Dwika's recommendations proved not only insightful but
also pivotal in converting challenges into practical solutions, significantly enhancing our operational
efficiency. Beyond his proficiency in problem-solving, Dwika played a crucial role in contributing to the
growth of our mobile application. Through strategic insights and collaborative efforts with the app
development team, he facilitated the implementation of enhancements that positively influenced user
experience and engagement. His contributions were instrumental in ensuring that our technology aligned
