Strength:

People management skills: I can understand about the value of each person in group so I can guide them
to the right way and also improve the potential of each individuals

Technical skills: Technical skill is an essential skill for a manager. I am confident that I have enough
knowledge to guide each person what to do after 4 years’ academy and 2 years’ internship.

Diagnostic, Analytical and Decision- Making Skills: These techniques are what a manager must have. I
admit that I have potential analysist thinking and also ensure to lead our group to choose the best
decision.

Weakness:

Communication Skill: Communication is a part of team working. An open-minded and positive attitude
contribute to create healthy and work-friendly environment. However, I recognize that lack of
communication would affect badly to how you drive and guide in teamwork.

Time Management Skill: A managers face multiple demands and orders during hard working time so
control and manage time is indispensable skill in environmental working.
