Subject: Resignation from Co-Head and Member Position at Thealaca

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign
from my role as Co-Head and member at Thealaca. This was not an easy decision for me,
but due to my increasingly busy schedule of O levels, I find it challenging to fulfill my
responsibilities effectively.

I have enjoyed my time at Thealaca and appreciate the opportunities to contribute to our
shared goals. However, I believe stepping down is in the best interest of the team as it
will allow someone with more availability to take on these roles and continue the
excellent work we've been doing.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for the support and collaboration we've
had. I have learned a lot during my time here and value the relationships I've built. I am
confident that the team will continue to thrive with capable individuals taking on
leadership roles.
