Figure No. 14 - Lubrication Schematic

Lubrication Oil enters through the oil hole in the Main Frame (1011), passes through hole "A" in the
Frame Bushing (1041), flows around the inside circumference of the Frame Bushing (1041) via groove "B",
flows through hole "C" in the Eccentric (3011) and vertically up groove "D" in the Eccentric. Note that the
Frame Bushing Stopper "J"(1051) must be in place. Lubrication Oil then passes through groove "E" in the
Eccentric Bushing (3021), flows around the inside circumference of the Eccentric Bushing, flows
horizontally into oil passage "G" in the Main Shaft (4011), then vertically in oil passage "G" in the Main
Shaft, then horizontally via oil passage "G" out of the Main Shaft. Also note that the Eccentric Bushing
Stopper "K"(3031) must be in place. Lubrication Oil then enters groove "H" in the Mantle Core (4021) and
flows around the circumference of the groove to oil passage "I" in the Mantle Core. Lubrication Oil is then
deposited onto the Seat Liner (1111). As the Mantle Core rotates on the Seat Liner, Lubrication Oil is
distributed on the entire surface of the Seat Liner.

Part of the oil passes through oil grooves of the Spherical Seat (1061) into the Ring Gear (3091)
lubrication system. Internal grooves on the inside bore of the Frame Bushing (1041) allows Lubrication Oil
to drain to the Thrust Plate Assembly. Internal clearances between the Main Shaft (4011) and the Eccentric
Bushing (3021) also allows oil to drain to the lower portion of the drive system housing. The oil then passes
