Ill-defined small opacity is
noted in right lower zone.
Right sided clavicle is noted.
• fall onto lateral aspect of shoulder (85%)
• direct impact to clavicle
No cardiomegaly.
Pulmonary vasculature is normal.
Lungs are clear.
Hila are not enlarged.
CP angles are clear.
No mediastinal widening.
Diaphragms are normal in position. No abnormality in the rib cage.
IMPRESSION:
Ill-defined small opacity is noted in right lower zone.
Right sided mild pneumothorax is noted. Intercostal Drainage tube
Seen in situ.
