2) Our engineer supervision charges Rs.15,000/
+ GST per day and working hours 8 hours per

5) Additional days of stay and for additional visit

TCS / TDS Provisions :

W.E.F. 01.07.2021, if TDS is required to be deducted u/s 194Q from our payment against the supplies made by us (in case your turnover
in previous financial year exceeds Rs. 10 crores), please note that in accordance with section 206AA, 206AB & 206CCA of the Income
Tax Act, TDS @ 0.1% should be deducted, since we have filed all our income tax returns due till date on timely basis u/s 139(1) of the
Income Tax Act. In case you are not liable to deduct TDS u/s 194Q since your Total sales, gross receipts or turnover from the business
carried on does not exceed Rs. 10 crores during the previous financial year, please provide declaration so that TCS can be collected
from you on sales value exceeding 50 lacs.

Agreed Terms and Conditions

This offer has been prepared based on the Currency Exchange Rates from the FBIL (Financial Benchmarks of India
Limited) Website as on 30-12-2022. Exchange Rate variation beyond ± 2% would render this quote Invalid. Please ask
us to submit the revised quote.
Local Taxes / Octroi / any other Government Levies etc. applicable at the specific despatch destination shall be payable by the
Purchaser. Any additional charges for Door Delivery from the Transporter’s warehouse to be borne by the Purchaser.
INSPECTION : Inspection, if agreed upon, would be carried out at our works at the Purchasers Cost. We shall raise the Inspection call
with a notice of 7 days and if inspection is not carried out within 15 days from the date of inspection call, we would treat the same
inspection waiver and shall despatch the material without inspection and the same would be acceptable to the purchaser. For Third
Party Inspection all charges related to TPI will be borne by the Purchaser. We shall make arrangements for testing facilities at our
Works. Any Special/ Specific Test requirements are to be clearly informed at the time of Order Finalization and we would not accept any
last minute changes to the QAP (if applicable).
DELIVERY : Committed delivery period will start only after receipt of Customers Approved Drawings/Manufacturing Clearance or both
(wherever applicable).
DEMURRAGE CHARGES :To be Paid additionally by the Purchaser @ 1% per week for delay in lifting the ordered goods from the
warehouse of the transporter/freight forwarder/railways/air cargo etc.
WARRANTY : The goods offered in this quotation are warranted for their satisfactory working for twelve months from the date of
Invoice, provided that these are operated upon as per instructions/operating manual. Manufacturing defects (excluding deterioration of
perishable components & electronic devices such as semiconductor devices, thermionic valves, photocells, Picture tubes of monitor &
Picture elements of Camera, glass parts, cells & batteries etc.) reported within the warranty period will rectified free of cost if sent to
our works in Ajmer, properly packed and duly freight paid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling or
malfunctioning and it also does not cover consequential damages due to any reason or faulty operation of the goods offered.
FORCE MAJEURE : Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the scheduled delivery period but we take no responsibility for
any delay occasioned by causes beyond our control known as "Force Majeure". Delayed delivery will not be the reason for the
cancellation of contract. No claim for refund of deposits/advance or damages will be entertained.
ERECTION : You will carry out all installation work at your cost and bear expenses for cable laying, plumbing, and all
civil/electrical/mechanical engineering work needed for mounting, connections and termination of cables at items / equipment of the
system offered (unless specifically agreed upon). You will also provide free of cost, hardware needed if any, other then the offered
material for installation of the offered system to meet with the site conditions.
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION COMMISSIONING :
The SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING is only valid if the charges are specified in the line items.
If SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING is not mentioned along with the quoted line items, We can arrange to depute our
engineer for supervision of installation and commissioning on chargeable basis. For One visit of 2 man days at the domestic site the
charges shall be Rs. 20,000/- plus free lodging & boarding and paid local conveyance. To and fro Travel Tickets (2nd AC/Air fare/AC
Volvo Bus/Taxi) to the Site for the deputed personnel to be borne by the Purchaser.
However for additional days of stay and for additional visits the charges are as under.
1) To and Fro travelling expenses by Air/AC Two Tire /Taxi to your work site from Ajmer.
2) Free lodging and Boarding and local conveyance at the site will be provided by you.
3) Deputation Charges of our engineer are Rs 10000/- per man-day inclusive of the days of travelling.
GST as applicable, in addition to this is payable by the Purchaser.
JURISDICTION :All disputes to the above contract are subject to the Jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
