PRE-PROPOSAL STATEMENT
Project Title: SD Con Builders Management System.

Significance of the study: This study will be made to respond to the needs of the following entities:

Owner: The system will work to its greatest ability to produce an employee payroll and an
inventory that makes sense. This significant development for their company may prove
beneficial, increasing the effectiveness and manipulate stability of their work.

Manager : This study will give him/her access to an online web-based tool that will allow
them to see which products have already been sold and which are still available. Additionally,
he or she is able to keep an eye on the workers’ daily time log with the help of their team
leader each site.

Team Leader: The team leader must be able to adjust to changing circumstances, take
responsibility for their work, and input the members’ precise times. Additionally, this system
saves them time when manually verifying attendance.

Researcher: The researcher, as a student in the department of Information Technology will be

more motivated and inspired to design and create more portable application programs for
usage in many businesses.

Future Researcher: Future researcher will use this study as reference in the

development of relative application software.

Scope and This study will focus on developing a online web-based application management system for
Limitations of the managing the SD Con Builders in Talaga, Argao Cebu.
study: The system will let the users sign up for the first time and ask to input users’ personal
information such as complete names, ID Number, username, password and choose between
admin and employee. If the registration is successful, it will redirect to a log in page and input
their username and password afterwards it will redirect them to their specific page.

This system has an account management feature that will let the admin manage and view
their remaining stocks and available stocks, they can also update, edit, save and delete. The
system will let the admins know the daily time log of the leaders in each site of their members.

The system’s limitation is that it doesn’t have a feature that every employee can log to their
attendance.
