Proposal for Website & CRM Application Development

Requirement:

 Website: www.calgonscientific.com

o Website complete revamp with new design and look.

o With the same contents and products as seen now.
o Additon of customer service request form to be added and enabled.
o And the SR raised from the website will be colleted in the SR – CRM Admin panel

 Admin Panel

o To develop a web application to manage the Leads come from the website
o To assign the SR to service engineers who will go to the customer place and do the service.
o To manage the admin users, service engineers, Leads etc
o Generate statistical reports as per requirement

 Mobile Applicaiton for the Service Engineer

o To develop a mobile application for the service engineers who will be using the same to go to the client
place and fix the issues once they get the orders from the SR CRM
o So, the service engineer can sign up / monitor all his leads / SRs which has come from the CRM and do
work accordingly.
o He will be able to manage his profile, leads, GPS location update, SR work completion status and upto
closing the SR.
o Statistical reports of the same.

Terms & Conditions:

Images: Any Images/logos supplied by Client, as desired and appropriate, will be incorporated.
Professional stock images may be used; if any costs and reimbursement by Client, approval by Client will be
sought before using images.
Credentials: All credential for logins, codes, url and DB should be provided before the start of work. Any delay
in providing the above will result in delay of work and ixiono is not liable for any such any delays.

API: All api related to the Add-in/Plug In will be supplied by the client will be ready before start of
development. Incaseapi not ready client need to provide them any delays arising for api ready are not
responsibility of the developer.

Usability: Simplicity, cleanness of visual design, and ease of operation for the end-user will be high-priority
considerations at each stage of the design process

Hosting: The hosting of the app if any, will be done on the store/server provided by the Client or on Cloud,
also all the credentials have to be provided by the Client. Alternatively, developer is able to publish on clients
request as a separate service offering

Third party Integrations: Any third party site integrations have to be suggested by the client and all the
relevant data have to be provided. Any related integration work would be separate service offering and costing.

Testing: The app/website will be tested for compatibility with all common operating systems, browsers and
monitor resolutions according to client’s standard company policy

Release: The app/website will be released to the client after bug fixing and successful product verification by
developer quality control team.

Add on Services: Any add on services are separate and have to be discussed and approved by the client
separately

Change Orders: The addition of changes or significant functions or features not specified here may result in
additional costs;

Contract Terms: Terms under this contract or not changeable unless until written agreement of both parties.
The contract comes into effect from the date of signing. This proposal is good for 30 days from the date above.

Milestones: Project will be delivered in a single milestone

Estimation of Cost & Time

Total estimated cost of the project is INR. _________________
Payment Terms:

 An Advance 35% of the estimated project-billing invoice will be generated on

acceptance/signing of contract

 35% after completing 50% of the project

 30% final amount on completion and handing over of the project

 Cost of AWS Servers, Google App Store, GPS Subcriptions and other APIs if required will be the actual additional which is as
below:
 Any additonal work other than mentioned in the scope of work or estimated work – if minimal and doable, wil be included
in the estimated cost and if its a bigger work will be done at the additinal cost.
 3 months maintenance & support provided post launch of the product.
 Post the 3 months, maintenance cost will be estimated and at extra cost which will be decided by both the parties.

Project Timeline:

o 2 Months max and a buffer time of 15 days max.

o Updates will be given on a periodic basis during the development and estimated timeframe.
o Work will be started immediately on payment of 25% advance upfront.
