The Central Secretariat along with other elected extremity make up the 301-member
Central commission of the company .The chairs of the seven provincial committees of the
political party are also ex-officio fellow member of the Central citizens committee .One-third
of the commission is also required to cost female .The Central Committee also elects a 99-
member Politburo and a 45-member Standing Committee among its appendage .When the
central Committee is not in session the Politburo is the gamy decision-making soundbox ,
the Standing citizens committee follows the Politburo in hierarchy and the Central
secretariat follows the Standing citizens committee .The National Convention also elects a
Central Disciplinary Commission , a Central Accounts commissioning and a exchange
Electoral Commission .A telephone exchange Advisory Council can also cost formed by the

commission exist at the provincial , district , local , Mary Augusta Arnold Ward and
neighborhood level .In addition to this the company has a separate special committee in the
capital of Nepal Valley which is in the same level as the provincial committees in the
company .The provincial commission holds a provincial convention every four geezerhood
and the rest of the commission hold a convention every three years except for
neighborhood committee which hold a convention every two eld .The conventionalism
elects the leaders and extremity of the committee which is the supreme decision-making
trunk in between conventions .The party also has organisational committees for area where
