2. Go to the “Upload Meri LiFE Action Plan” tab on the top left side of the page. The
following page will open:
i. Select Year
ii. You may select the Quarter which you want to fill via the red highlighted tab.
- If it is an Annual Action Plan, fill all Quarters.
iii. Select Theme – Energy Saved ; Water Saved ; Water Saved ; Single-Use Plastic
Reduced ; Sustainable Food Systems Adopted ; Waste Reduced ; Healthy
Lifestyles Adopted ; Reduced E-Waste
iv. Enter “Name of Activity” which has been conducted
v. Select the “Type of Activity” – Action ; Awareness ; Action &Awareness
vi. Select the “Mode of Implementation” – Digital ; Physical
vii. Add “Number of Events” conducted on this Theme and Activity
viii. Add “Number of Participants”
ix. Add "Number of Pledges” taken by individuals
x. Select if “Does this event include a technological intervention?” – Yes / No
- This means if a new or technological intervention such as Switching to LEDs,
Using Solar Power, Creating Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Structures, etc
have been a component of this event.
xi. New Activities may be added per selected Quarter with the Blue Button “Add New
Activity” above the “Remarks” box.
- The same details will be required for each additional activity.
xii. The “Remarks” box is for additional information and to highlight a specific activity
/ event along with adding extra information.
4. Click on the green “Submit” button once you have filled in the relevant number of
activities per Quarter.
Action Plan Management
1. The Annual Planning Dashboard will open after you click “Submit”. The page will
look as follows:
2. To download the Action Plan in Excel Format, click the “Download Annual Plan”
button in blue.
3. To add new events / activities to a Quarter or the Annual Plan, click on the green
button “Create New Action Plan”.
4. To edit / remove an activity from the Action Plan, click on the blue button “Edit”
5. This will redirect you to the “Update Action Plan” page. The page will look as follows:
