In such cases the rotor has to be locked by a locking device (93000). k= Note Order the locking device separately. Note Be careful to observe the manufacturer's instructions. Take off the hex. -headed screws (81010) or (82002) and remove the silencer (81000) or the air suction branch (82000). - Ev, remove the cap (25004). ‘Screw in the pin (93020) up to the front end of the wheel bush (25002). Slide the cover (93010) over the pin (93020) und fix it with 4 hex. -headed screws (81010) or (82002) to the wall insert (77001). A Caution! Clean the shaft and the bearing parts and treat them with protective oil Assemble the turbocharger and store it in the assembled condition. Spray or brush the housing flanges with TECTYL 502. - Seal all openings in the turbocharger with wooden covers and paraffined Paper.
