1.2
Installing the locking device
In case of an emergency and if the
cartridge group can not be removed, it
may occur*that the engine has to be
operated without turbocharger.
In such cases the rotor has to be locked
by a locking device (93000).
k=
Note Order the locking device
separately.
Note Be careful to observe the
manufacturer's instructions.
Take off the hex. -headed screws
(81010) or (82002) and remove the
silencer (81000) or the air suction
branch (82000).
- Ev, remove the cap (25004).
‘Screw in the pin (93020) up to the
front end of the wheel bush (25002).
Slide the cover (93010) over the pin
(93020) und fix it with 4 hex. -headed
screws (81010) or (82002) to the wall
insert (77001).
A
Caution! Reduce the power output in
such a way that the
admissible exhaust gas
temperature after cylinder is
not exceeding.
‘Shut off the cooling water only
if the turbine casing is leaking
strongly and thus represents
@ hazard for the operation of
the engine.
Shut off the oil supply to the
turbocharger.

the turbocharger must be dismantled
after laying up, cleaned and protective

no measures need to be taken in

remains of the oil engine oil will be
washed away and the sensitive bearing
