customer satisfaction is a new thing, researchers defined customer satisfaction under different
angles and different time .

surpass customer expectation. It is seen as a significant performance indicator within business and
part of the four prospective of the balanced scorecard. In a competitive marketplace where
businesses complete for customers, customer satisfaction is seen as a key differentiator and
increasingly has become a key element of business strategy customer satisfaction drives successful
private sector business.

2 Dealer Profile :
Baglung is one of the beautiful districts of Nepal. Baglung has the moniker "District of suspension
bridges" as there are numerous suspension bridges. The authorized dealer of Yamaha bikes in
Nepal under MAW Enterprises is T.N Auto Venture Pvt.Ltd. It is located in Baglung. It has been
providing wide range of services to its customers. Which helps in maintain the image of Yamaha
bikes in Baglung municipality. The managing director of the T.N Auto Venture Pvt.Ltd is Mr.
Nabin Karki. It has its authorized sub dealers in kushma, beni to serve the customers and to
maintain the better customer relationships. It has its here departments i.e., Sales, Services and
Spares. In service department motorcycles of the customers are repaired by the trained mechanics
and in the Spares department genuine parts with affordable prices are available. The main
objectives of this company is to provide service to the customer of better quality.

3 Statement of problem.

In today’s intensely competitive environment, companies today are constantly looking for ways to
attract customers by having a better understanding of changing customer preferences. The ever-
changing market characteristics have huge impact on corporate decisions. “To study the customer
satisfaction towards Yamaha two wheeler”
The research questions are:

1) What is the level of customer satisfaction towards Yamaha and its products?

2) What are the factors that influence customer satisfaction towards Yamaha?

3) What is the quality or features of Yamaha motorcycle?

4 Objective of the Study

The main purpose of conducting this study is listed as bellow:

 To assess the level of customer satisfaction towards Yamaha and its products.
 To identify the factors that influence customer satisfaction towards Yamaha.
 To analyze the quality or features of Yamaha motorcycle.

5 Rational of the Study

This research mainly focused on identifying customer satisfaction towards Yamaha Motorcycles
the product of MAW Enterprises. The study contributes significantly to the management of
Motorcycle. Apart from this study provide benefits to the stockholder/customers and to know the
customer satisfaction level of Yamaha Motorcycles. Besides it will become helpful to those who
want to study in further detail and widely in this field.
