VACANY FOR JUNIOR IT OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:
- Install and implement security protocols and procedures, effective security systems

- Manage computer systems, IT infrastructure, network such as servers, routers, switches, IP phones

- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings

- Perform diagnostic tests and Troubleshoot computer problems such as software and hardware issues.

- Implement and maintain firewall systems

- Monitor email usage

Job Requirements/ Skills:

- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in the related field.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience of working in IT Department

- Knowledge of Windows, network protocols, Elastix, Izabella software
