What happiness means, a view from a personal

perspective:

First, I think that we have to explain: What is happiness?

The Oxford Dictionary defines it as: "The state of pleasurable contentment of mind;
deep pleasure in or contentment with one's circumstances".

Conventionally, happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction,

contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often
described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction.

But, what is happiness for me?

I have raised a concept of happiness not very, far from what people think about
happiness.

I have organized the pillars that can make me achieve happiness in two groups. The first group
contains the pillars that connect me with the closest reality; this means situations such as
having family stability, health, and achieving a good level of knowledge and skills in various
fields of science.

Finally, the second group that is supported by the first pillar includes more personal issues
such as achieving artistic creations, writing books, and living in a country house growing my
own food. Achieving these goals can satisfy my concept of happiness.

Although to be honest, sometimes I consider simply adopting the philosophy of Diogenes de

Sinope.

That's all, thanks for listening.
