1A. Please note, all rehearsal footage is being added to the Rehearsal Videos folder in the drive.

STAGE MANAGEMENT & PROPS

2A. Please could we have ‘Women only’ A4 letters in rehearsal for Monday.

2B. Please could we find another leaf blower for next week?

2C. Please could we make a rehearsal version of the Arachne skirt costume for rehearsal?

SET

3A. Please can we have a plan for the draws in the set that store props by Monday- where will they be and how will
they work?

3B. Please can we get the sizes of the movable blocks confirmed by Monday

3C. Please can we have the new finalised ground plan and front elevation by Monday

3D. Please can we have more levels/treads in the space for Monday.

COSTUME

4A. Please can we get some knee pads in for Orpheus in rehearsals on Monday and some to go under the costume.

4B. Please can we get a Ferryman’s hat for one of the nymph's costumes for Orpheus’s song.

LIGHTING

5A. No notes today, thank you.

SOUND

6A. Could we look into getting some coloured mic socks for the wireless mic to match the Orpheus and Diana
costumes.

6B. Both wired mics will need to have enough slack to walk around stage with- how will we ensure cable
management prevents a trip hazard?
