A-1 Price of Pin Book Cloud (POS) for single unit ,with 2 User.

In Words: Seventy Thousand taka only without TAX, VAT & AIT

A-3 Customization charge will be added for existing module as per additional requirements if any.
A-4 MODE OF PAYMENT
60% at the time of work order
Remaining amount will be paid after successfully installment.

B After Sales Service

1 Three month warranty support service will be provided by PTL from date of software operation/accounts opening.
2 The monthly subscription fee is 2.00 % of Overall Licensing fees, payable in advance on a monthly basis.
3 After one year AMC value will increase by 10% per year.
4 If AMC is due for over 30 days, PTL has the right to stop Software service automatically.
5 For any new report requirement, BDT 15,000 per report will be charged.
6 Additional training will be Tk 15,000 each day (i.e. after implementation period)
7 Per API Integration with 3rd party software BDT 40,000
After Implementation period client will be pay all other accommodation & transportation cost if required.

PTL will provide upgrade version & technical up-gradation (Started SQL Server 2012 now we are converting SQL 2019

or more) of this Software to the client. This up-gradation cost is included within the service charge.
If PTL close/migrate/transfer their business mode, they will hand over the ERP software's source code & other related

documents to the client at free of cost to run the software smoothly.
In case of any disaster (server room got destroyed by fire, virus attacks server, earthquake etc.) PTL will provide new
12 copy of ERP software to the client for smooth functioning of the work. If IT person / System administrator leave
organization without prior notice, PTL will provide interim services (on cost) to the client before new appointment.

If client wants to add new module PTL will assess the development time, identify the change effect & complexity of the
13 work. After that PTL will calculate the development cost after adding 20% margin. If client agrees, development will
start as per schedule.

14 PTL retains exclusive ownership of the trademarks represented by its company name, logo and product name.

C Implementation
C-1 Implementation Existing Module : 15 Days
After work order both the parties will Implementation Existing Module.
C-2 Customization 10 Days
During operation period PTL will provide required Customization as per client demand.
C-3 Training 5 Days
During operation period PTL will provide required training as per client demand.

PTL team will be present in client's premises up to 15 days or give full support by onlinefor go live operation.

II Pre-requisite for software installation:
Intel® Xeon Core™2 Quad (2.0 GHz) processor(Min 4 Core) or higher configured server
computer with 32GB RAM and 512GB SSD.
Intel Core i5 or higher configured computer for user level terminal use.
One windows 2016 Server & SQL Server 2019 Database Engine where the database will be installed.
Windows 10/ Windows 11/ Mozilla Firefox/ Chrome or Higher will be used for client.
LAN / MAN/ WAN environment for multi-user operation.

.Net framework support with all windows operating system. Crystal report for Visual .Net 2019 runtime version any
other hardware, network and software tools if required to be provided by client.

Client will provide the above Hardware's & Operating Software's to install and operate proposed module.
Client will also provide Network and Internet infrastructure as required for smooth functioning of the proposed module.
III Security System:

The whole system will be controlled by the Super User. He can give module & page wise permission for Login, Entry,
View, Print, Edit, Cancellation & Disconnect all users at any time as per instruction of management. User’s entry, edit,
cancellation & all other records will be auto generated in system log.

For data safety client should maintain at least two database server in different locations on the other hand for more safety
& smooth functioning of ERP web server should be separated from database server.
IV Others terms & conditions:
1. Technical fault from software arising in server will be solved.
2. User manual will be provided
3. Client can export report in Word, Excel, HML and PDF.

This price offer is valid for 15 days.
