Sir,
under instruction from & on behalf of my client M.S. Lalita Devi
Sahni, R/O: H.NO. : J-34, Sita saran Colony, T-huts, Subzi Mandi, Malka
Ganj,Delhi-7, I hereby Serve upon you with the following notice-:

1) That my client above named is a poor & less educated house wife, who
lives with her children & disabled husband at the above noted address.

2) That my client approached to addressee no.1 & bought an e-rickshaw

bearing registration no. DL-11EA-5048 for Rs. One lakhs & thirty five
thousand (Rs.1,35,000) by paying all consideration amount in cash, In
respect of which ADDRESSEE NO. 1 had issued receipts; my client has
kept all the receipt safely.

3) That my client has nothing to do with addressee no.2 & addressee no.3,he
never took any loan from them & neither entered into any agreement with
addressee no.2 & addressee no.3,even he don’t know how they become
 party to this transaction.

4) That from last couple of month you the addressees no. 1/2/3 are trying to
grab the e-rickshaw of my client, which is illegal. All the addresses has
developed malafide Intention to cheat my client of his heard earned
money & are bent upon to cause loss to my client.

5) That the my client has bought the e-rickshaw from addressee no.1 on
payment of entire price of e-rickshaw so he s a absolute owner of the e-
rickshaw & addressee no.1/2/3 has no interest upon it.

I, therefore call upon the all aforesaid addresses that never try to
take away e-rickshaw of my client otherwise you all will face criminal as
well as civil cases as per your own cost.

Please also remit a sum of Rs-5500/- as legal notice charges.

Please take note & mind the consequences. Your reply is also welcome.
