Sub: Guidelines for BGO & Spares Procurement for Dealers

Dear all,

As you are already aware, Bajaj Auto has specified a specifically formulated Engine oil, known as "BGO," for their
motorcycles, aimed at ensuring optimal performance and longevity of vehicles. In addition, the use of Genuine
spares is mandatory for the continued reliability of our vehicles.

To ensure usage of genuine BGO & Spares, it is imperative for our dealer partners to adhere to the following
procurement guidelines:
• Procure BGO exclusively from the designated HPCL distributor by placing orders through CDMS.
• Procure Spares directly from BAL by placing orders through CDMS.
• Exceptions for urgent spare part requirements to deliver an uninterrupted customer experience, you may
procure from nearby dealers with the approval of ASM / RM.
• Spare parts and BGO consumption include workshop usage, counter sales, stock transfers to respective
branches and invoicing to ASDs.
• Our recent audits have revealed significant discrepancies in few dealers’ practices which is unacceptable
and need immediate correction.

Our Regional teams will consistently monitor the usage of recommended BGO & Spares. In case of any
discrepancy, dealerships will undergo the following review process:
