Limited Power of Attorney

Managed Account Authorization Hereinafter: "Power of Attorney"

The undersigned account holder BANK OF AFRICA hereinafter: "the Trader" or the "account holder"

Who ows account number 011650000001215001036828 hereinafter: "Trading Account" at FxGlobe Limited Ltd.

Hereby authorizes: Daily Forex Signals, its agents, successors and all the assignees

Hereinafter: "The assignee" or the "trading agent"

To act on behalf of the trader as following:

1. The power of attorney based by this document and the rights and obligations deriving from it are fully under
the terms and conditions of FxGlobe Limited (hereby: "The Agreement"), following the opening of a trading
account. In any case of contradiction between this power of attorney and the Agreement, the instruction of
the Agreement will determine in the relations between FxGlobe Limited, the trader and the assignee. The
account holder fully understands that this power of attorney does not minimize and/or Cancel the account
holder's previous obligations and responsibilities towards FxGlobe Limited, as signed in other agreements.
2. The account holder informs that he authorized the trading agent to act on behalf of the trader to execute
actions in the trading account related to foreign currencies, indexes, financial instruments, derivatives and
commodities, Hereinafter: "OTCFX orders" in the international financial markets.
3. The account holder declares that FxGlobe Limited did not persuade him and/or advise him to contact the
trading agent. Any decision to contact the trading agent was made entirely by the account holder. Furthermore,
The account holder declares that he had done all the investigation required for the authorization given to the
trading agent including, but not only investigation of the agent's experience, professional knowledge, his abilities
and any other matter or issue related directly or indirectly to the authorization given to the agent, as well as
confirm the trading agent holds all the documents, approvals, licenses and permits required by the Law, if
applicable, to provide the services as aforementioned. FxGlobe Limited has no responsibility or duty to do it on its
behalf.

4. The trading agent will act as an agent and as an actual authorized manager of the trading activity and the risks
involved in conducting trading activity and OTCFX orders, including buying/selling, holding, investment,
return investment in exchange rates, commodities, indexes and any other financial asset in the trading
account at FxGlobe Limited. All subjugated to the terms and conditions of the trading at FxGlobe Limited.

5. The account holder declares that he gave his permission to the trading agent to use automatic and/or
electronic systems and/or external interfaces connected to the trading platforms of FxGlobe Limited. The account
holder understands that the use of these systems for trading, such as Daily forex signals, involves high risks and
additional exposures beyond what is customary in a regular trading account, and he is willing to take the risks and
exposures involved in using these systems including failures in software, hardware, communication, internet etc.
6. The account holder is aware that the use of the trading agent in these computer systems, communication,
software and any other systems is exposed to hardware crash, software failures, lines, and/or wrong data feeding
from external data providers, and that FxGlobe Limited will not bear any of the responsibility for it. The account
holder declares that nor FxGlobe Limited nor Daily forex signals, their directors, employees and agents, will bear
any responsibility, fully or partly, for any damage, cost, expense etc. which were caused to the account holder or
to a third party.

 7. The account holder is aware that the agent is not FxGlobe Limited's nor Daily forex signals employee and that
he is acting on behalf of the account holder and himself only. Therefore, the account holder will bear the sole
responsibility to address the agent regarding data, information, details, updates and other reports related to the
activity in the trading account, and are not reports of FxGlobe Limited trading platform.

8. The account holder declares by signing on this power of attorney that he understands and acknowledges that
FxGlobe Limited may compensate the Trading Agent, and that such compensation may be on a trade or other basis.

9. The account holder declares that the trading agent had warned and notified him regarding the risks and
exposures involved with the services that provided to the trading account, and he ratifies and accepts full
responsibility to situations in which the account will be under high leverage and exposed to high risks and heavy
loss, as the result of using software and various mathematical models operated by the trading agent and at his sole
responsibility. The account holder is aware to the fact that there is no trading platform without any failures, or that
can guarantee only profits without being exposed to loss.

10.Since the account holder had granted the trading agent absolute authorization to the trading account, the
account holder must be diligent and examine closely the activity in the account, using FxGlobe Limited trading
platform. The account holder will have access to the account reports including detailed orders, profit and loss of
each trade, account balance, open and closed positions, and any other report provided to the account holder by
FxGlobe Limited. If needed - The account holder may contact FxGlobe Limited to receive further information. The
account holder declares that he will have no claim against FxGlobe Limited in case his access to the account will be
blocked for a given period of time, including due to matters that has no relation to FxGlobe Limited.

11.The account holder fully understands that FxGlobe Limited is authorized to receive any of the agent's
Instructions regarding the trading account. Moreover, following this power of attorney and its approval by FxGlobe
Limited, the access of the account holder to his trading account will be only in reading mode, and he will be able to
perform deposit of withdrawal of funds only. The account holder will have no authorization to trade in the trading
account, unless the authorization of the trading agent is cancelled by the account holder or by the trading agent.

12.The account holder has the duty to notify FxGlobe Limited in writing of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the
account statement, in the period of 72 hours from the time it was received by the account holder and/or the trading
agent. If such notice is not received, the status of the account will be considered as true and obliged, and any claim of
the account holder or the trading agent regarding this matter will not be valid.

13.The account holder and/or the trading agent are entitled to cancel the authorization of the trading agent to act
in the trading account at any time by sending a written request to FxGlobe Limited and . In such case, FxGlobe
Limited will disconnect the agent's access to the account including the option to execute order, access any reports or
any other information regarding the account. It is hereby that the account holder will have no claim towards the
agent or FxGlobe Limited regarding loss or profit, prevention or any other damage as a result of the authorization
cancelation, particularly regarding any open positions that were standing in the account at the time of the
notification of the authorization cancelation.

14.FxGlobe Limited is entitled to disconnect the access of the trading agent anytime, according to its sole
discretion. In this case, FxGlobe Limited will provide a written notification to the account holder. Such
disconnection will not provide the account holder and/or the trading agent any right for allegations against FxGlobe
Limited.

15.The account holder knows and agrees that all his rights and obligations according to this document are not
assignable to any other authority or person including the trading agent. It is agreed that all the above

mentioned rights and obligations of the account holder include the legal right of standing in any legal instance or
court.

16. This authorization and power of attorney will stay valid until cancelled by the account holder in a written
notification addressed to FxGlobe Limited offices. A cancelation, as aforesaid, will not hold FxGlobe Limited
responsible for any transactions done by the trading agent before FxGlobe Limited receive the cancelation notice.

Declaration:

The account holder declares that he/she read and fully understand the foregoing Power of Attorney,
Including all the risk factors involved in OTCFX trading and in use of computers and/or automatic systems
based on mathematical models, other strategies and trading models which can be used by the agent,
at his sole discretion and responsibility, in the trading account.

In the event the Trading Agent will be trading by the use of an automatic platform based on
the signals of Daily forex Signals, then unless specified otherwise, each standard signal shall
open one transaction of 0.1 lot on the basis basic currency.
