BACKGROUND:
Findings (cracks, tears or swelling) on the fuel tube P/N 362-110-820-0 fire sleeve can appear to be
linked to the fuel leaks reported on fuel tube P/N 362-110-121-0. Subsequently CFM has issued an SB
LEAP-1A-72-00-0479-01A-930A-D which gives an instructions to replace Fuel Tube P/N 362-110-
820-0 for the Engines that have previously been reported with fuel leak on Fuel Tube P/N 362-110-
121-0.

DESCRIPTION:
Electrostatic discharge on PTFE (Poly Tetra Flouro Ethylene) part of Fuel Tube PN: 362-110-121-0
can causes degradation/ perforation of silicone part & resulting in fuel leak (Refer figure 1).
