Master Pedro Casant is a pioneer in painting in the state of Nayarit, being

80+ years old, he has portrayed the changes in the coast for the last 50 years.
He has had exhibits in the country, with mostly the Mexican market, Galeria
Corsica is the first gallery showing his work to an international market.

With a style and techniques that we can compare to the grand masters of
Mexican Muralism he reaches new audiences with a language that is
recognizable instantly.

His art work pictures the exuberant jungle around us, but also the people of
Nayarit, from a contemporary perspective. We can see in his painting the
joie de vivre and the humor that characterizes the people in these latitudes.
