ABSTRACT
MALAGAN SECURITY SERVICE is a Nationally owned company that is newly registered with the
Security Authority of the PNG Government. We provide wide range of service from personnel of
deep experience and expertise into policing, escort, static guards, respond unit, coach service,
investigation, and reporting. Our aim and goal are to help the youth into formal employment and to
minimize youth involvement into illicit activities. Rates are affordable and service will be of high
standards and qualities. Our client’s security is our priority.

The company is in compliance with PNG Governments policies and certification for a Security firm.

OBJECTIVE

Specifically, our objectives are:

to provide formal employment to the youths of New Ireland Province and to minimize youth
involvement into illicit activities.
To promote affordable security services for our clients in the province
To provide the best service complying to safety standards, standard operating procedures
and practice of the government regulation and policies.

We provide security service specialized in static guard and security response service to our clients.
We will be lending shuttle and couch service as our new step-up service shortly.

Static Guard and Rate K2.50 per hour per person.

Escort and Firearm Rate K500 per hour

2-Way Radio Rate K3.00 per day

What prompts Us to start this SECURITY FIRM?
The reason why we started this firm is because of the increasing security issues encountered daily by
business houses, women, girls and youths in the communities and province. Moreso, increasing
youths’ unemployment and education system failure are also some of the factors that caused youths
to involve in criminal activities and other illicit doings. Therefore, the firm started so that we can
provide equal opportunity for the unfortunate youths thus minimising the crime rates and help
support and protect the economy of the province.

Our business is to serve our clients from the risk’s losses of lives, money, time, and properties. Many
has involved in these industries however, demand for a security service is still high therefore, we are
tapping into this industry with an improved client-oriented security services based on trust and
implemented by our expert and experience personnel’s.

We have good technical expertise background knowledge in security industry. We can provide a
quality and a professional static guard service. We have a prospect of venturing into shuttle service,
coach, and escorts service. Currently, we can make for those security service if required because we
have available resources of manpower and technical expertise.

Potential Security Personnel are readily available with the rising population of unemployed youths.
With this company, formal employments are created, and youths are utilised thus improving the
living standard and minimize illicit activities in the communities. This industry will greatly impact the
economy of our province touching the untouched. We emphasis on a WINWIN concept.

Our location is very convenient and easily access by our customers. We are situated within the
Kavieng Township of the New Ireland Province.

communication, we have mobile phones, CUG Sim Card Numbers and two-way radio which will be
used within our contracted sites.

which we will improved and solved \ as soon as we get a guard post to prove our services and to
create our reputation. Acquiring of guard post is a centre of focus. Acquiring of guard post solve all

the popularity but the personals are of deep experience and higher standards.

Most of the youth employed will be new to the industry however, inhouse training and workshop
will be conducted to fully equipped our guard. Workplace Communication levels and work ethics is
some of the major problem which will be identified and addressed accordingly.

With the good number of man-days readily available within the vicinity and in the province, required
personnel for a contracted guard post is always available. Majority of the youth population are still
untouched; therefore, this is an avenue to develop and equip youths as one of their carrier paths
current and in the future.

months of the operation and registration; however this problem can be resolved as we progress to
provide the best reliable, affordable and quality services to our client. We are prepared to cater for
the establishment of this company in our town and province in whatever ways we can do.
