.At the end of 50 minutes class, TLE Grade 9

students are expected to;

A. Identify the farm tools and according to their

uses in Agricultural crop Production; and
B. Value the the uses and importance of the
Hand tool; and
C. Draw the Farm tools in Agricultural crop
production.

D. Unlocking Difficulties
Now let’s unlock some unfamiliar words, who
can read?

Topsoil- Topsoil is the upper layer of soil. It has

the highest concentration of organic matter and
microorganisms and is where most of the Earth's
biological soil activity occurs.

Ditches- A ditch is a long narrow channel cut into

the ground at the side of a road or field.

Manure- is organic matter that is used as organic

fertilizer in agriculture.
