The present perfect continuous is used to refer to: Unfinished
actions, that is, actions that began in the past and continue in
the present moment: I've been working here for three months
now (I've been working here for three months now [I started
working in this job three months ago and I'm still working
here]).

no terminadas, es decir, que empezaron en el pasado y
