Existing Situation
The most common sports and recreation facilities existing in the barangay is the Basketball
Covered Court which holds the different sports and recreational activities.

Situational Analysis
1. Strength
 Well Lighted
 Structure is in fairly-good condition
 The facilities is accessible to all (location)
 Surrounded by green areas

2. Weakness
 No Electricity Connection Independence
 Limited Space
 Lack of Staff to maintained order and cleanliness within the premises of the covered court
 Bleacher was to close with the barangay road which can cause unexpected accident if there are
sports event with large amount of people watching games.
 Lack of Sports Equipment
 Basketball Ring is in poor-fair condition
 Situation during med-heavy rainfall, waters enters the floor of the covered court and stays
inside.
 Led score board is in bad condition

3. Opportunities
 Collaboration with the City Government for improvements and development of the covered
court
 Hosting a city-wide leagues for basketball and Volleyball
 Becoming a multi-purpose venue for all

4. Threats
 Heavy Rain and windy weather
 Unstable or limited electricity supply (no source of alternative energy during brownouts)
 Increasing number of court users, athletes who wants to utilize the facility
 Players and athletes from other barangay utilizing the facility without permission from the
barangay council.

Goal
Improve and well managed Sports Facilities accessible to all the constituents of the barangay,
with clean surroundings and well maintained sports equipment and services.

Objectives
1. To developed Sports Skills, personal growth and overall well-being through Physical Activities and
Fitness (Sports Clinic, Fitness Session, and Leagues)
2. To increase the number of participants actively engaged in sport.
3. To enhance the quality of performances in sport.
