This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 1:00 PM

For Day Tour Guest: 9 hrs stay subject to availability

Booking Payment Terms

Minimum of 50% Deposit (or Full Payment) required for confirmation within 24 hrs.
Full payment must be made before or at check-in.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

In case of cancellation, the pre-payment is non-refundable but rebooking will be
allowed. Rebooking is subject to availability. No rebooking allowed within 14 days
prior check-in date. No rebooking allowed on holidays and during peak season. In
case of NO SHOW, refund and rebooking will not be allowed.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings. We kindly ask that you

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is: 3:00 PM.
Check-out is: 1:00 PM.
Kindly present a valid government-issued ID together with your booking confirmation
upon check-in. A security deposit of PhP 1,500 per room will be collected upon
check-in, refundable upon check-out.
Early check-in* / Late check-out* fee: PhP 500 per hour.
*Subject to room availability
For Day Tour Guest/s: 9 hrs (Without accommodation, use of swimming pool &
shower facilities)
Check-In: 09:00 AM Check-Out Time: 6:00 PM. Day visitors must leave by 1800 hrs
unless patronizing our bar & restaurant. No Pool activities for day visitors will be
allowed from 18:00 hrs onwards

Extra Person / Extra Bed

Extra person and/or extra bed fee is PhP 1,000 per head per night, inclusive of free
breakfast.
Kids ages six (6) years old and below can stay for free, if using existing beds and just
pay additional Php 200.00 for Breakfast.
All children 7 years old -12 yrs old are considered paying guest & pay half extra fee
of Php 500 including B/F w/ no extra bed.
Extra beds are available with an additional fee. These are limited and subject to
availability. Please check at the time of booking.

Children
All children (a person under 15 years of age) staying at the Resort must be
accompanied by an adult and must be always supervised by an adult especially when
using the pool. Use of Kids Life vest is FREE. These are limited and subject to
availability. Please check at the time of booking. (All life vest must be returned upon
check out to avoid charges).

Payments
To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount must be done
through GCash, Online Bank Transfer . (Debit and Credit Cards Accepted)

Damage to Property
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge you for any damage
incurred to your room or the Resort during your stay (including without limitation
specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Accessibility
Dependent on your individual needs a selection of specifically designed rooms is
provided at each of our hotels. Please contact us at +63 9490385949 to discuss
specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation,
and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Minimal fees applied.

Resort Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year, our Resort may host
weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your
break. Please contact the Resort directly in advance of your stay for further
information.

Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to always conduct themselves appropriately and to comply
with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for
the property of the Resort, its employees and guests and their health and safety.

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the
smooth running of the Resort, or cause offense to other guests or our members of
staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and
members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider
this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation
to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense
incurred. Guests shall exercise diligence in the protection of their persons and
effects against injury, theft, loss and other contingencies.

No Smoking
The Resort is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment.
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the rooms. We do provide designated
smoking areas in the Resort to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.

Food and Drinks

IONIAN HAVE AN IN HOUSE RESTO. “STRICTLY NO FOOD & DRINKS ALLOWED”.

Breakfast Meal Plan Policy

The BF Meal Plan per person consist of 1 Breakfast. Any unconsumed meals after
check -in and after check-out is not transferrable or exchanged for any services,
including credit or cash.
Inclement Weather Policy

In event of national announcement of typhoon signal by authorities, booking within

48 hrs of the announcement shall be allowed to be rescheduled for free. Rescheduled
bookings are no longer considered eligible for full refund. Maximum of 2 rescheduling
allowed.

Age Policy

Ages 6 and below- Free (Additional Php 200 for BF meal)

Ages 7 -12 yrs old- Extra fees is Php 500 (half rate) including B/F

Senior & PWD Card Policy Holders

Seniors & PWD Discount is applicable only to Food & Beverages except menu items
that are already on special promotional sales offer.

Pet Policy

Our resort is a Pet friendly Resort. Please inquire of our pet policy and applicable
deposit and service fees.

Force Majeure Clause

In case of FORCE MAJEURE cases such as. Lockdown announce by govt. typhoon,
flooding, Acts of war or any natural calamity, the event can be moved to another available
date, within one year subject to date availability.

Use of Pool - THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING RULES
FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY WHILE USING THE SWIMMING POOL.

Pool Safety: The following ratios must be adhered to and all children must be
supervised in the water at all times by a responsible adult. Parents to accept full
responsibility for their children before entering swimming areas.
1. Walk, don't run. The number one pool safety rule is to never, ever run near a
swimming pool.
2. Listen to instructions and obey pool rules and always follow the guidance of our
lifeguard
3. Strictly NO DIVING allowed or jumping into the pool at all times
4. No rough play either
Careless actions such as running around the pool, pushing, wrestling or any undesirable behavior in
the pool area will not be tolerated.
5. Never swim alone! Parents should always keep an eye on their children. Always
have an adult nearby even if your kids are old enough to swim. Even if your child is
a great swimmer, you never know what might happen. Swimming without parental
supervision may seem enticing to kids of all ages. However, it’s important for them
to know how dangerous that can be in the event of an accident. Strictly follow
these rules. Children below 12 years old are not allowed to use the pool unaccompanied by a
parent/ guardian or a responsible adult.

6. Avoid going to the pool if you have the flu, open wounds, or warts. You do not
want to infect other pool visitors.
7. Swimming is prohibited if you are drunk or had medication.
8. Please wear proper swimwear. T-shirt/ maong shorts not allowed
9. Do not enter the pool if you are dirty. Always shower first.
10. No food and drinks inside the pool. No pets allowed inside the pool.
11. Swimming outside Ionian Cabana Premises is your own risk.
NOTE: All persons who wish to use the swimming pool may do so at their own risk. The Management
accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, death or loss of personal items associated with the
use of the swimming.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

The Reservation terms and conditions has been acknowledged by the client an agrees to
comply with the said terms and conditions. A duly signed copy of this doument shall be
returned to us on or before (date) .
