QUOTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS:
Down Payment: 50% of the total amount due before the commencement of the job order.

Full Payment: 50% full payment shall be made within five (5) days upon project completion

- Clients w/o approved credit term - CASH PAYMENT

- Clients with approved credit term - Post Dated Check

LATE PAYMENT PENALTY:

Late payement for the remaining 50% will incur a 5% penalty. Additional, a monthly penalty of 5% on the amount
due will be charge for each subsequent month of delay.

PRICING:

Separate charges apply for items not listed. Design/detail changes made post-puchase will be billed accordingly.
APICO can revise prices if the customer alters the quatity or scope of qoutation. The above prices are valid only if
ordered in whole APICO reverve the right to adjust our prices in case of partial order.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE:

In case of cancellation, a minimum charge for 50% will apply from the date, escalating linearly to 100% one month before
scheduled delivery.

DELIVERY DETAILS:
Actual delivery details will be confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order as it is dependent on factory conditions and raw
material availability.

If work progress is delayed or impeded due to reasons beyod control, APICO shell be granted a reasonable extension to the
delivery date.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

(12) months from the date of commissioning AM-PRO Industrial Co.

QUOTATION VALIDITY:

This quotation is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation
