Position Details:
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Duration: 1 month
Stipend: 15000 a month
Summary: As a growth & marketing intern for Unacademy's language learning app,
your primary focus will be on leveraging TikTok influencers to promote Unacademy's
new language learning app. This entails identifying suitable influencers, fostering
relationships, and executing influencer campaigns to enhance app visibility and
engagement on the platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Identify and engage relevant influencers within the language learning

community on TikTok.
 ● Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to facilitate effective
partnerships for promoting Unacademy's new language learning app.
● Coordinate influencer campaigns, including negotiation, content brief
creation, and performance monitoring, to maximize app visibility and
engagement on TikTok.
● Conduct research and stay updated on language learning trends and
innovations to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with
our target audience.
● Monitor analytics and user engagement to identify trends, optimize
content, and refine strategies.
● Transform innovative and creative ideas into actionable plans, executing
them swiftly and efficiently to drive growth and engagement on social
media platforms.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing,

Communications, or a related field.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok,
and YouTube.
● Existing social media brand presence and distribution are an advantage.
● Passionate about language learning and staying up-to-date with the
latest trends and developments in the industry.
● Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail
and a strong visual aesthetic.
● Demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute ideas effectively.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
● Experience with social media management tools and analytics is a plus.
