Notes for students:

1. College will function as usual frm 0740 h during weekdays (including Tuesday and Thursday).
2. Writing paper will be provided, including CL paper. Only SEAB-approved models of calculators and/or dictionaries
are allowed for exam use.
3. Students are not allowed to bring electronic devices e.g. smart-watches and handphones, into the examination
venues. A breach of this rule will be regarded as an intention to cheat.
4. Absence from the Promotional Examination must be covered by a medical certificate or prior permission from
teachers concerned (e.g. for competition), without which a student will be given a ‘U’ grade. Letters of excuse from
parents are NOT acceptable.
5. Students are to bring along their identification cards for all Promotional Examination.
6. SH1 Study day is on 25 September, Monday.
