TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Split Inverter type AC units:

1.1 The 1.5 TR Inverter type units having one indoor unit and one outdoor unit comprising of INVERTER
rotary compressor functioning with environment friendly refrigerant like R32 or equivalent. The
refrigerator used should be ozone non-depleting.
1.2 The unit should have full function battery operated cordless remote control.
1.3 The indoor units shall be mounted at a suitable height. The outdoor unit shall be mounted on wall
bracket or on a raised platform of suitable length and width at a height of 45 cm from ground as per site
condition or as directed by Engineer–In-Charge.
1.4 The unit shall be supplied along with standard length of refrigerant piping and drain piping and control
cable etc. The power cable should be 3x4 Sqmm. PVC sheathed, out of which one core should invariably
be used for loop earthing.
1.5 The drain pipe should be as per Schedule with suitable length. The refrigerant pipe should be well
insulated to avoid condensation. The unit shall be suitable to operate on 230 +/- 10%, 50Hz AC Supply for
1.5/2.0 TR units.
1.6 The Unit shall be of min. BEE-5 star rating.
1.7 Only copper material condenser units and cooling unit will be accepted.
1.8 All finishing works like packet filling, wall colony work or any other Civil work from inside or outside of
building shall be completed in all respects.
1.9 The makes of AC unit with associated accessories shall be according to the list of approved makes as
attached.
1.10 All drain pipes shall be routed to the nearest shaft with required scope.

1.11 STABILIZER FOR SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERS
