‭this‬‭official‬‭report.‬‭MAA‬ ‭must‬‭also‬‭weigh‬‭the‬‭benefits‬‭of‬‭owning‬‭a‬‭pet‬‭against‬‭the‬‭drawbacks.‬

‭But‬‭in‬‭addition‬‭to‬‭the‬‭concerns‬‭of‬‭the‬‭tenants,‬‭we‬‭also‬‭need‬‭to‬‭consider‬‭those‬‭of‬‭the‬‭owner’s,‬‭such‬

‭as‬‭the‬‭additional‬‭work‬‭that‬‭comes‬‭with‬‭a‬‭pet-owning‬‭tenant.‬‭However,‬‭since‬‭competitors‬‭may‬‭not‬

‭permit‬‭pets‬‭in‬‭their‬‭homes,‬‭the‬‭company‬‭that‬‭allows‬‭pets‬‭in‬‭their‬‭residence‬‭may‬‭find‬‭it‬‭simpler‬‭to‬

‭locate‬‭tenants,‬‭which‬‭may‬‭increase‬‭their‬‭client‬‭base.‬‭This‬‭study‬‭outlines‬‭several‬‭arguments‬‭for‬

‭and‬‭against‬‭firms‬‭allowing‬‭pets‬‭in‬‭their‬‭apartments.‬‭Ultimately,‬‭companies‬‭must‬‭weigh‬‭the‬‭pros‬

‭allows‬‭pets.‬

‭dogs‬‭will‬‭provide‬‭a‬‭large‬‭market‬‭to‬‭the‬‭impaired.‬

‭However‬‭even‬‭if‬‭the‬‭corporation‬‭does‬‭not‬‭allow‬‭all‬‭pets‬‭even‬‭allowing‬‭one‬‭of‬‭the‬‭major‬‭pets‬‭will‬‭pets‬‭will‬

‭pull‬‭in‬‭more‬‭tenants‬‭when‬‭referring‬‭to‬‭the‬‭major‬‭pets‬‭that‬‭includes‬‭fish,‬‭cats‬‭and‬‭dogs‬‭(see‬‭Figure‬‭2).‬‭This‬

‭would‬‭allow‬‭the‬‭company‬‭to‬‭expend‬‭to‬‭pet-owners‬‭but‬‭also‬‭decreasing‬‭the‬‭amount‬‭of‬‭potential‬‭damages‬
