EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE HOMEROOM PTA OFFICERS
HELD ON APRIL 12,2024 @ 1:00 PM AT 10 - MODESTY’S ROOM, RANIAG, RAMON, ISABELA.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARENTS OF 10 – HONESTY TO AUGMENT THE

EXPENSES FOR THE MOVING UP OF GRADE 10 HONESTY COMPLETERS.

WHEREAS, at the HRPTA meeting held on April 12, 2024 at 10 – Honesty classroom thru the
Homeroom PTA members and officers authorized the donations of P 90.00 ( ninety pesos only) for the expenses
needed for the Moving-up ceremony for the learners and parents of 10-Honesty class.

WHEREAS, the HRPTA officers and members planned and agreed that they will donate for the expenses
needed on the Hall Preparation (P50.00), Stage Decoration ( P 10.00), Token for the speaker ( P 10.00) and
Accommodation for the speaker, visitors, teachers & staff ( P 20.00) for the Moving-up Ceremony for the class
2024 on May 30,2024.

RESOLVED, that through the leadership of the HRPTA officers of 10 – Modesty this is agreed upon by
the parents and the adviser as a support for the health of the students.

RESOLVED further to furnish the school principal Dr. Ma. Rodelene J. Terte, a copy of this resolution
for her guidance and kind attention.
