Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing on behalf of my client, Ms. Ezra Adeia Louis Solano, who is the owner of a Geely
Coolray vehicle which she purchased in your branch. The vehicle has a plate number of
‘NEW 5412.’
According to our records, she has repeatedly visited your branch and nearby Geely
branches for the servicing of her vehicle’s aircon. However, notwithstanding this, the
vehicle’s airconditioning unit is not yet repaired until now for causes attributable to Geely.
Thus, we are hereby demanding you to complete the repair of her vehicle within five (5)
days from the date of the delivery of the vehicle or return at least 80% of the purchase
value of the car, within fifteen (15) days from your receipt of this letter. In the meantime, we
are also demanding Php1,500 per day or a service vehicle for her transportation needs until
any of the above-mentioned options are satisfied.
We understand that there may be difficulties in the repair process itself, however, the time
period where my client is permitted to suffer without an airconditioning unit is already
unreasonable.
Please give this matter your utmost and preferential attention to avoid the inconvenience of
litigation as we are already contemplating filing of administrative cases before the
Department of Trade and Industry. We hope that you can resolve this matter urgently or
submit a proposal at your discretion. Thank you.
