She is the only child in her family and
lives with her mother and grandmother.
Shweta’s life journey has not been easy.
She had lost her father as a child and
her grandfather during the COVID-19
pandemic who was the only bread
earner after her father’s death.
She heard about the Capgemini's She
Arise 2.0 program in a college mail
which is a zero-cost training with 100%
placement assistance. With encourage-
ment from her family, she grabbed this
opportunity with sincerity and dedica-
tion. In the training, she got to work on
real-life projects, which was something
new and quite challenging but she
enjoyed it.
Shweta cleared her Interim Assessment

which she told us with sparkling eyes
that, “Now I am backbone of my family
