Reserve Price of Rs.2150/-(Two Thousand One Hundred & Fifty) per quintal for FAQ-Wheat and Rs.2125/-(Two Thousand One Hundred & Twenty Five) per quintal for URS-Wheat fixed for all Crop Year (including Crop Yr.2023- 24) plus applicable taxes. 2. Processor/Flour Millers/ Manufacturers of wheat products can bid for a minimum quantity of 10 MT and maximum bidding quantity per bidder for all the Regions put together in a single e-auction of FAQ/URS wheat shall not exceed 100 MT. Irrespective of the number of firms registered or multiple GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION under the same PAN, bidding would be allowed in a State against the GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION registered in that State/UT only. (for eg, if a bidder is having the GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION from state of Haryana, he can bid for stocks from Haryana and not for stocks offered from any other State/Region of FCI. The tenderer would be required to submit the following documents to support his qualification as Processor/Flour Millers/ Manufacturers of wheat products with M/s M Junction Services Limited:- A () Self - attested copy of the current GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION Registration (only in case the buyer is registered under GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION )/ Trade Tax Registration (if applicable in the state). (ii) Self- attested copy of PAN issued by Income Tax Department. (iii) Self-attested copy of valid FSSAI License clearly stating the category of the business i.e. Processor/Flour Millers/ Manufacturers of wheat products (iv) Copy of latest Stock declaration statement as per GOI order dated 12.06.2023. (v) Self - attested copies of the latest Annual balance sheet and profit & loss account duly audited by a Chartered Accountant. In case of newly established firm or the existing firms which have recently started to deal in the business of Wheat/rice (whichever is applicable), a Provisional Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for a Quarter/Half year accompanied by a limited review by Auditor/ Chartered Accountant should be furnished, The Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss Account shall also evidence that the firm is dealing in the business of wheat rice (whichever is applicable), failing which the firms shall submit copy of GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION returns (only in case the buyer is registered under GST/TRADE TAX REGISTRATION )/ Annual Report by way of additional documents, to evidence that the firm is dealing in the business of wheat! rice (whichever is applicable) (vi) An Undertaking on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- that the wheat so purchased from FCI under OMSS (0) will be utilized domestically and will not be exported by the bidder, wheat purchased will not be resold to the State Govt/State Govt Agencies & Cooperatives and to other Bulk Buyers and processor of wheat engaged in the Business of processing of Wheat to products like Atta, Maida, Suji, and Dalia . Wheat purchased shall be processed and packed by bidder himself at its own processing unit and will not get it processed and packed by a third party/sub-contractor.
