especially in physical and mental health.
Sometimes, when I do not have enough sleep, I
tend to have weak emotions and not be able to
deal properly with the people around me, but
when I do have a proper sleep, I tend to be
more cheerful and able to socialize with
different people. When I do not stay up late, I
do not crave and eat unhealthy foods, or I tend
to have a good appetite that I can eat properly.

Sleeping early can improve my life in a


better and more productive way.
