This Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Knoxo (referred to as "Company") and Amit Azad Services
(referred to as "Client") on [Insert Date].

Scope of Work:

1. Knoxo agrees to provide web designing services to Amit Azad Services.

2. The project shall be completed within a time span of one and a half months from the date of signing this contract.

Payment Terms:

3. The Client shall submit 30% of the total project amount upon contract submission.
4. An additional 20% of the total project amount shall be paid upon selection of the design.
5. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the project.
6. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Intellectual Property Rights:

7. Upon completion and full payment, all domain and hosting rights shall be transferred to the Client.

Revisions and Change Requests:

8. The Client may request changes two times during the project without incurring additional charges.

Termination Clause:

9. In the event of termination by the Client, a penalty of 30% of the total project amount shall be charged, and the remaining
balance refunded.

Confidentiality:

10. Knoxo agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the project throughout its duration.

Maintenance Service:

11. Knoxo shall provide maintenance services free of charge upon project completion.

Hosting and Domain Services:

12. The Client may avail hosting and domain services through Knoxo, subject to additional charges.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
