-I don’t want to like set a goal where I believe its really not that possible or my resources are not
really that good for me to achieve that. So in setting goals, I start with small goals and then from
there I as soon as I achieve that small goal is able to grow until I achieve bigger goals.

 How do you prioritize tasks and stay organized when faced with competing demands?
-In my previous role, I often had to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. I would use task lists, set
priorities based on urgency and importance, and regularly reassess my workload. This approach
allowed me to manage competing demands efficiently and ensure that nothing was overlooked.
 Why did you leave your last job?
-I left my last job to have a new opportunities, new environment and new challenge for my career
growth, although I don’t have any problem on my last employer they are great, I learn a lot of
things from them but you know as time goas by you need to have a personal growth and career
growth as well.
 Why did you decide to apply for this part time row?
-First of all thank you for giving me the chance to be interviewed for this position. I really want
for part time job for 2 reasons. The first reason is part time work fits in with a person alive and I
applied for this job because I`m confident I can commit to these hours but I`m also open to
extending this later on if you need me to work more and if it fits with your plans. I have heard a
lot of good things and I genuinely want to work here sta.

- You should not hire me if you`re seeking for someone who is content with performing only
the basic requirements of a role , some one who wont seek ways to help you find innovative
solutions. Someone who resists adaptability and remains hesitant to embrace new learning
opportunities, and someone who does not embody qualities such as loyalty, reliability ,
trustworthiness and self motivation.
