By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, the

petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR (Annexure P-1) as under: -

2. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner

that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

He contends that the complainant himself has voluntarily joined the

scheme at his own risk and paid around Rs. 13.00 lacs to the petitioner out

of which he had returned Rs. 7.30 lacs through the Bank and around

Rs. 5.00 lacs in cash to the complainant.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that the

complainant has tried to convert the civil dispute inter se parties into a

criminal offence in connivance with the police. He further contends that

the petitioner is not facing any other criminal case.

4. Notice of motion.

5. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Surender Singh, AAG,

Haryana, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State-respondent

and prays for time to file the status report/reply in the matter.
