Hints and tips

Because the viability of the programme is an
ongoing question, the business case cannot be
static and must be regularly reviewed/updated. As a
minimum this should be at the end of each tranche,
allowing a greater understanding based on the
lessons learned so far.
There will also be business cases for each of the
projects, and the content and formality of those will
need to be tailored to the specific needs of the
programme.
