Following are the additional Benefits and our terms and conditions: -

➢ ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
▪ If you provide a lead for any campaign done for Free Demo Class* through google form, DBMCI will pay you Rs. 10/- per successful
application download and activation (Duplicate data won’t be counted).

▪ Details of the Free Demo Class:

• DBMCI conducts Free Demo Classes by its topmost faculties on regular basis for different batches.
• Schedule for the same would be shared with you in advance to promote in your circle
• Promote Demo sessions and collect leads via Google Form
• Demo sessions are conducted on DBMCI Live App, Zoom, or Youtube

▪ Similarly, Rs. 10/- per lead would be given for lead collected from Google form per successful application download and activation
for eGurukul 2.0 free Trial packages.
▪ Free trial of 3 days are available and details are as follows:
• 3 days free access of all 19 subjects on eGurukul 2.0 app

a. Lead sent by an ambassador will be counted as his/her sale if lead gets converted in the span of 7 days from the date of
data received and after that period, the lead will be considered as an open lead.

▪ DBMCI would be providing Rs.500/- on every successful download and activation of courses mentioned below for the top 3
rankers of every batch in your college. We would be providing the ranker free activation of the courses mentioned below for the
period of 1 month. (Requirement: Scorecard and certificate/ supporting document of proof)
1. Top three Rankers: 1-month Advance Pack
2. Prof wise packages

▪ We would be offering an Amazon Voucher of Rs. 2500/- as an additional Incentive for placing our DBMCI MCQ Books &
EGURUKUL Notes in your college Library (Would be requiring mandate signed by the Librarian)

▪ We would be offering an Amazon Voucher of Rs. 1000/- as an incentive on putting our DBMCI and eGurukul Poster on your college
notice board. We will send you a hard copy of the poster to your registered address; you need to share the photograph of the
same as proof to avail of reward.

▪ DBMCI is more than happy to sponsor your college fest/event and you'll be rewarded with Rs 1000/- as an incentive for organizing
an event or fest in your college.

▪ Incentives for Additional Benefits will be released in the 1 st week of every month with your sale incentive.

▪ On successful revenue generation of Rs 8 lakh, you will be provided with 1 set of hard copy notes of all 19 subjects of eGurukul
Advance Pack. (Valid once per ambassador)
 ➢ Eligibility criteria to become Super Ambassador

▪ Super Ambassadors shall have at least Ten Ambassadors in his/her team and five ambassadors should be active all the
time

▪ If any Ambassador from the Super Ambassador’s team has achieved Rs 5,00,000/- for two consecutive months, then he/she will
be eligible to become a Super Ambassador with his minimum team of 10 and on his own will

➢ Terms and Conditions:

▪ The MOU is valid TILL 31ST DECEMBER 2021 from the date of execution of MOU.

▪ Ambassador’s reporting would be to HO even though they will be in touch with Centers also for Promotions, Demo Sessions and
Subscriptions

▪ All incentive, bonus calculations, added benefits shall be done from 26th to 25th of every month and reconciliations would be done
by 1st of every month. In case of a bank holiday or weekend, the reconciliation will be done on the first working day after that.

▪ Ambassador will have to provide the following documents at the time of executing the MoU
a. His/her Bank Details where the money would be transferred
b. His/her PAN Card
c. His/her KYC Form (Provided by DBMCI)

▪ All payments done to any ambassador are subject to deduction of TDS as per Income Tax act 1961 amended as per government
policies

▪ All transfers will be done in Bank Account only of the ambassador provided by him.

▪ Sales incentive will not be released until the above-given criteria are fulfilled.
