Introduction:
An experimental design used within psychology research. Presentations of
sequences of repetitive stimuli are infrequently interrupted by a deviant stimulus. The
experiment can be modified to produce different responses and can therefore be used
to investigate dysfunction in sensory and cognitive processing in clinical sample.

Experiment:
Two blocks were run, each with 40 trials. The stimulus set was the images black,
red, green, blue and purple. Trial held on mobile screen with animation.

Report Writing:
In university I select randomly 2 students. After some discussion and instruction
provided by me, he was willing to participate. I explained properly how to solve the test.
In starting he was very excited. When timely some challenge take place they feel
boring. During the experiment they showed some low confidence.

First student completed task in 2 minutes. He faced many difficulties. Second


student also showed low marks but better than first student.

In results first student face some difficulties that show repetitive stimuli are
infrequently interrupted by a deviant stimulus.
