Greetings!

The undersigned is the group representative of third-year students at Western

Philippines University - Main Campus taking up Bachelor of Science in Social Work
(BSSW). As part of our course requirement in SW198: Seminar on Current Trends in
Social Work Practice, we will be organizing a seminar for third-year BSSW students
with four covering topics: “Seminar on International Social Work for
Bachelor of Science in Social Work Students of Western Philippines
University” “Seminar on Pantawid Program for Bachelor of Science in
Social Work Students of Western Philippines University”
“Understanding Cybercrimes: Seminar about Digital Security”and
“Seminar on Social Work Ethics and Dilemma” from on April 12, 2024, at
the Western Philippines University – Main Campus.

In line with this, we would like to request to utilize the Audio-Visual Room, 3rd floor
at Miguel Palao Building on April 12, 2024 from 8:00am-5:00pm. Please be assured
that we will be responsible in using the said venue and maintain its cleanliness and
orderliness after use.

The undersigned is the group representative of Third Year Social Work students at Western
Philippines University and currently enrolled in SW 198: Seminar on Current Trends
in Social Work Practice. As partial fulfillment of the requirements of the course, we will
be conducting a seminar entitled “Seminar on Social Work Ethics and Dilemma”.
This activity aims to equip students on their field of work regarding the social work code of
conduct and dilemma.
In line with this, we are writing to formally request you to be a resource speaker on the
above-mentioned seminar that will be conducted on April 12, 2024, in the afternoon the
program will start at 1:00pm up to 5:00pm and will be held at the Western Philippines
