Work Completed Tasks conducted on the Teak AC.

 Troubleshoot reported unit Jacket water pump motor fail to start
 Informed the area authority of tasks to be conducted.
 Equipment to be worked on was identified.
 Isolations were done to ensure completion of tasks.

 Isolate field control panel main breaker for jacket water pump motor.
 Check for continuity from breaker to contactor. OK.
 De-isolate and check L1- 276V, L2-276, L3-276, to contactor. OK.
 Check for 120v supply from relay to coil A. OK.
 Check for 120v supply to function switch OK.
 Check return from switch to coil no supply.
 Check for slack connection, noted return from switch poorly terminated. Same
was corrected.
