December Meeting – Wednesday/Thursday, 12/13 & 12/14

You are required to attend a meeting during your internship period or any open period
on your schedule Wednesday or Thursday, December 13 & 14. Do NOT miss a class to
attend. The meeting will last about 40 minutes. Be on time. Attendance is taken and this
is a summative grade. All meetings will be held in the Media Center.

Wednesday Times
Before-School Meeting (7:40 am)
2nd period (Starts at 9:15 am)
4th period (Starts at beginning of period)
6th period (Starts at beginning of period)

Thursday Times
1st period (Starts at 9:15 am)
3rd period (Starts at beginning of period)
5th period (Starts at beginning of period)
7th period (Starts at beginning of period)

Meeting Policies

• Attendance is taken at beginning of meeting and there will be a Ticket out the
Door. You must do both to get credit for the meeting. If you are tardy at the start
of the meeting and miss the attendance check, you will need to attend another
meeting.

• To schedule a make-up meeting in case of illness on date of meeting, you must

reach out to Dr. Ruff within 24 hours. Make-ups must take place before end of
the month.
