Design is a conceptual approach to architecture that establishes the production of


the physical and material environment taking into account the various aspects invol-
ved.
The architect who will develop a design must analyze, design and conduct buildings,
urban and rural complexes in accordance with the needs and resources of society
while creating a place with aesthetic and technical characteristics, who can meet the
requirements of construction industry standards and regulations.

The use that will be made of the places will have to be taken into account from the
conception and make the whole coherent in addition to optimizing the efficiency of
the places. It is about creating spaces that will be both functional and comfortable,
while reflecting the personality of the owner and users of the building.
To do this, the architect plays with the volumetry of spaces, natural and artificial light, colors,
shapes, textures, equipment, materials, etc. He will also take into consideration the tastes of the
occupant, the values of the company, and it will of course respect the budget of the client.
