We have audited the accompanying Balance Sheet of Himali Arganic Agro Firm/Himali Agrovate Center
as at 31st Ashadh, 2080 and the related statements of income for the year then ended. These
financial are the responsibility to the management and our responsibility is to express an opinion on
these financial statements based on our audit.
We have conducted the audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Those
standards require that we plane and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether
the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test
basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. An audit also
includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimate by the management, as
well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. We believe that our audit provides a
reasonable basis for our opinion. We report that:
1. We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best of our knowledge
and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.
2. In our opinion, the Company has kept proper books of accounts as per required by the Law
so far as appears from our examination of such books.
3. The Balance Sheet, the Profit and Loss Account referred to in this report are prepared as per
the provisions of the Companies Act 2063 and are in agreement with the books of accounts.
4. In our opinion the financial statements referred to above, read along with the Notes attached
there to, give a true and fair view of the financial position Himali Arganic Agro Firm/Himali
Agrovate Center of 31st Ashadh, 2080 and of the result of its operations for the year then
ended in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles adopted on a consistent
basis.

5. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to
us, the proprietor or any employee of the Company has neither acted contrary to the legal
provisions relating to accounts nor committed any misappropriation or caused loss or
damage to the Company
