CHARACTERISTICS OF FEEDBACK

Effective feedback has the following characteristics -

1. Specific - Feedback should focus on the main message and not be vague in meaning.

2. Timely - Feedback should be given promptly in case of verbal communication. It makes no sense
in giving feedback after a long time. Any delay in feedback makes the feedback useless.

decisions can be taken based on the suggestions.

behavior.

back responses as feedback to each other for performing their assigned duties.
