Dear Students,
As the academic year comes to a conclusion, we are preparing to bid farewell to our graduating
seniors. To celebrate their achievements and to give them a memorable send-off, we are
organizing a farewell party on the 22nd of March, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the college auditorium.
We request all the final year students to attend this special occasion.
This will be an excellent opportunity for us to come together and cherish the wonderful
memories we have shared over the years. We have planned a variety of cultural programs and
activities to make the event enjoyable and memorable for everyone. We encourage everyone
to participate actively and make this a memorable evening for our dear seniors.
We request everyone to dress appropriately and maintain decorum and behave responsibly
throughout the event. Let's make this a memorable event for our seniors and give them a fitting
farewell.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the farewell party.
PROTOCOL AND GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

1. Programme & The Farewell party “SAARANSH 24” of Haveli Institute of Legal
Venue: Studies and Research is scheduled on 22nd of March, 2024 at Open
Auditorium, Haveli Institute of Legal Studies and Research, Silvassa,
from 6:00 PM onwards.

2. Rehearsals & As the SAARANSH 24 farewell party approaches, we would like to

Participations: remind you of the following important points:
Registration: All final-year students who wish to attend the
ceremony must register using the Google Forms provided to them
earlier. Please ensure that you have registered for the event before
the deadline. i.e. 10/03/24
Application Deadline: Applications received after the due date will
not be considered, and students will not be allowed to attend the
ceremony.
3. Dress Code: For Juniors:
 Male students are requested to wear Indian Ethnic attire and
ensure that they are neatly groomed for the occasion.
  Female students are also requested to wear Indian Ethnic
attire.
For Seniors:
 Both male and female seniors are requested to wear
Traditional Wear.
We kindly request all students to follow the dress code to maintain
decorum and make the event more memorable.
4. Timings All students are requested to be present on the college campus on 23rd
April 2023 no later than 6:30 PM for the event. Entry will not be
allowed thereafter, so please plan your travel accordingly..
5. Basic Protocol  It is mandatory for all to attend the event.
 All the students must Register themselves to confirm their
presence.
 I-cards are mandatory for all.
 It is mandatory for all the participants to be present for the
practice session whenever they are called.
 Students must comply with all the necessary instructions and
guidelines.
6. Dinner Dinner will be served after the SAARANSH-24 event. To avail of the
dinner, you must submit your food coupon at the designated counter.
All the students are informed to collect their food coupons from the
registration desk on the day of the event. Please note that the food
coupon is mandatory and must be presented to receive your meal.
