Video Editing Contract

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between:

FireAround

(hereinafter referred to as the "Client")

And

Scaleology Agency

(hereinafter referred to as the "Video Editor").

Scope of Services: The Video Editor agrees to provide video editing services for
Scaleology Agency, producing a total of 10 videos per day over the course of 3 months
(Starter 3 Months).

Payment Terms: FireAround agrees to pay the Video Editor $4 per video, with payments
to be made daily via PayPal. Invoices will be provided by the Video Editor for each day's
work.

Cancellation Policy: If either party wishes to terminate this contract before the end of
the 3-month period, the terminating party must provide payment equivalent to one
month's fee before initiating the cancellation.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep the details of this contract and any
proprietary information exchanged during the course of the agreement confidential.

Responsibilities:

 The Video Editor is responsible for creating 10 videos per day as per the agreed-
upon terms.
 FireAround is obligated to pay the invoices sent by the Video Editor daily.

Legal Action: Failure to adhere to the payment terms outlined in this contract may
result in legal action initiated by the non-defaulting party.

Private Contract: This contract is private between Scaleology Agency and FireAround
and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of both parties.
Effective Date: This agreement shall be effective as of the date first written above
(2.29.2024).
